PMO, Project Management Office, is responsible for the oversight of programs and projects that are delivering a company’s strategic objectives. PMOs oversee portfolios, programs, and projects to accomplish strategic objectives and realize benefits the company set out to achieve.

What will our Coaching Program Help You with?

Format of Our Coaching Program

  • A free diagnostic session, at the end of which you will get an accurate diagnosis of the delivery issues.
  • A series of 1-hour online consultations via Skype once per week. Each month approximately has 4 consultations. Consultations are usually scheduled at the same time.
  • After each consultation, you are assuming the responsibility to complete assignments and other tasks as per our agreement. Each week, you should budget at least 1-3 hours to complete these tasks.
  • In between the sessions, you will be able to ask questions by email. Our typical response time is within 24 hours.
  • We can meet twice a month, however, it will likely increase the horizon to accomplish your objectives, and will increase the assignments in between sessions.
  • If you have any custom requests (such as more frequent sessions), we can review them during the free diagnostic session.
  • For these reasons, the cost of the program depends on specific circumstances and is calculated during the free diagnostic session. During the free sessions, we can answer any questions that you may have about the coaching program.

The minimal duration of the program is 3 months.

This program is not for you if:

  • You are looking for a magic pill to make the issues disappear overnight.
  • You are not ready to take responsibility and to accomplish the objectives you need.
  • You want to try, but not act.
  • You are not willing to spend at least 1 to 3 hours per week towards improvement.
  • You are expecting that we will be performing any of the work for you.

  • We will go through your goals, and build a clear plan of how to accomplish them. We will identify and determine how to address:
  • At least 3 alignment issues, where what is delivered does not align with your strategy or objectives.
  • At least 9 delivery issues that cost your company time and money.
  • At least 3 benefit realization issues that obstruct the realization of benefits.
  • If you have Project Management Office, we will identify 3 ways to improve your PMO.
  • If you do not have PMO, we will review if PMO is appropriate for your company. If it is, we will outline 8 steps to establish your PMO and to start improving its maturity.
  • We will review your leadership style and motivation techniques in the context of the program- and project-leadership, and identify 3 ways to make your leadership style stronger.
